How To Use:
1. Switch Button
Long press (2 seconds) to turn on and long press (2 seconds) again to turn off. Short press after turning on will switch between modes.
2. “+” Button
Press once and intensity will increase by one level. Long press "+" button (2 seconds) to activate “voice mode”.
3. “-“ Button
Press once to decrease the intensity by one level. Long press the "-" button (2 seconds) to turn off “voice mode” and turn on the "silent mode"
4. Heating Button
Short press heating button to switch between different modes; low, middle, high and off.

This is a little odd. It sends electrical pulses, so it doesn't actually massage. Make sure you wet your neck first or else it isn't pleasant, I made the mistake and forgot. The button placement is kind of odd, but you get used to it. Not sure if it has helped but it hasn't hurt either.
