I'm going to be 69 years old looking like I'm 12.
Wife was using a red light, near infrared light pod at the local fitness club so we decided to get one for the house. This one works well. It has a switch built into the cord and doesn't get hot. It feels like it's working for minor aches and improving skin texture. Our cats also like to sit in the light, so must be something to it since they wouldn't know what it's supposed to do!
I’ve been using this light therapy panel on my feet for neuropathy for about a month now and I can see a definite improvement. As long as I can do it (30 minutes to an hour each day) has made the pain less intense, the flare ups less often, and an improvement in my overall mood because of the decrease in pain. Wish there was a pad on it for my feet, but I’ll take the healing powers. I would recommend this product to anyone who suffers from neuropathy.
