It arrived well packed with all the heads shown in the pictures. It also includes a good user manual showing you how to use it and the different "acupuncture points". I've been using it as a muscle massager though and I think it's helping me to recover from my injured muscle. Not tried all the rest of the applications yet but very happy so far! It's quite handy because it is USB chargeable so it's very light and manageable.
Received within 24h. Got this for ankle pain and a horrible looking bruise. I’ve been rubbing it a few times and I can notice a difference. The device comes with a manual and 5 different acupuncture heads to target pain on different body parts.
When I bought this, I incorrectly assumed I was buying a mechanical massage tool, expecting it to be like a sonic tooth brush at the tip. I processed this mistake, educated myself on the product, and read a little further... it's what I now call "my TENS Pen" So, instead of a diffuse stimulation through a TENS unit pad, that's self grounding, you're getting a very acute action and you're hand is what's grounding this baby.Must use with either essential oils, cocoa butter, slathering up the area being treated with enough lubrication to stay wet. I prefer body butter over ultrasound gel.I wrap the top of mine in a rubber stuck jar opener, so it grounds on my palm and not through those super sensitive finger nerves. Be careful on your tendons, the vibrations will supercharge their use. Experiment, it's a great tool for soft tissue activation/manipulation. I also have a body scraping instrument I use in conjunction with this. It's like a mechanical cupping tool. If you lube up your arms or whatever just a bit, you can move it along your body and it does a sort of backwards graston tooling... cupping. Instead of pushing your skin down, you suck up all those layers into a chamber, releasing stuck faccia, knots and trigger points.Would purchase again.
I really love it, help me a lot with a pain in my hand, works really well. The only thing is don’t have a case or bag, so I will keep it in the box.
This device is brilliant, and extraordinary value for money. For twenty years my wife has been afflicted with Restless Leg Syndrome which often starts in the evening and has severely interrupted her sleep on most nights. Doctors have not relived it, having prescribed all the usual medication without any real effect. We were contemplating trying acupuncture but did not expect it to be a lasting cure. Then I found this device online and decided to give it a try. After a little experimentation to find the right place for the electrode the result was totally successful. 20-30 minutes treatment in the evening can alleviate the problem for up to several days, and she now gets a full night's sleep every night. She has been using the device for about a month, and says that the interval between needing treatment is gradually increasing. Whether this means there will eventually be a lasting cure is too soon to say, but at the moment the relief she is getting is life-changing and a return to a normal sleep pattern has improved her physical and mental health. Who would have thought that such an economical device could have been so dramatically successful.
This acupuncture/meridian pen works just as I expected. When you hit the right meridian/acupressure point, you get a vibrating/twitching feeling. The battery lasts a decent amount of time and it charges pretty quickly. So far so good.
