I'm a 70 year old man with arthritis in my hands. I have been having some pain, stiffness and a lack of warmth for awhile as well as rough movement in several joints. I got relief the first day after a couple of uses.. Very nice quality and nice design. This thing works better than I thought it would and I will use it everyday. I would recommend this to anyone with sore hands.
I’m using it in both hands morning and night. I have arthritis in my thumbs MCP joints which causes the thumb joint at the palm to draw in. This machine presses on this area and relieves pressure as well as helps stretch the tendons. It’s improving my hands. As long as it keeps working, this is an A+!
